This recipe came from my son's
kindergarten holiday gifts 25 years ago. It's still the
best! And you can do this in minutes using
a food processor. Simply great as a relish
with turkey, chicken or lamb, or over cream cheese as
an hors d'oeuvre or on turkey sandwiches.
1 bag washed cranberries( usually 12
to 14 ounces)
2 juice oranges cut to fit through the feed tube
1 cup granulated sugar
Put the oranges and sugar through
the processor with the skin and process until the the
skin is almost unidentifiable
Add the cranberries and mix until the
cranberries are in small chunks. (do not mash
the cranberries into smooth paste)
Refrigerate for two days to let the
flavors blend before serving.
