- Chace's Pancake Corel 1606 Bellevue Way SE, 425-454-8888
- Eggs Cetera's Blue Star Cafe 4512 Stone Way N. Seattle, 206 548 0345
rated as one of the better breakfasts - I suppose it all depends on what your doctor lets you eat.
- 13 Coins 18000 Pacific Hwy S Seattle, Phone: 206 243 9500
On a lot of "Best" lists. Open, by god, 24x7. Full bar | Smoking available (too bad) Live Music Breakfast - Lunch -Dinner (web site is under construction here)
- Georgian Room (The Four Seasons) 411 University St Seattle 206 621 7889
Fancy, elegant, expensive (of course) Business Casual, Child Friendly (they say), kosher, parties and private rooms, valet parking.
- Julia's in Wallingford 4401 Wallingford Ave N Seattle : 206 633 1175
casual, outdoor dining, child friendly, smoke free and voted best breakfast in
Seattle by not just the natural food crowd. Sunday brunch.
- Louisa's Bakery & Cafe 2379 Eastlake Avenue E Seattle 206 325 0081
homey ... depending on what home is like, smoke free too.
- Original Pancake House 130 Park Place Center Kirkland, 425-827-7575
We've two of them in our fair city, but it's nice to know that Seattle has one
one closer by. There are over 90 of them around the United States and they
are pretty much serve the same incredible breakfasts, which is pretty darn amazing when you stop to think about how many people say that it sets the standard for all the other pancake houses. Don't let the fact that it's a franchise keep you away. Take a gander at their home base web site for some clues at to why people get so enthusiastic over this place.
- see Jerry Kindall's "The Seattle Pancake Page"
By the sound it, you'd almost think Jerry prefers the chains over local non-chain restaurants. However, when you stop to think that there are over 90 Original Pancake House restaurants, maybe Jerry is on to something.

Vegetarian and and/or Healthy in Seattle and Vicinity
Originally we didn't intend to include so many veg and vegan listings.
Why? Well, it's hardly fair to the other sections, which we held back
on because our staff is hard pressed to spare the time (not for lack of options). But ... Seattle looks more like the Los Angeles mecca for vegetarians that Los Angeles used to be (in the 60s and 70s, man, you know? Far out!). So, since they've got up there in the rainy city, why not flaunt it?!
Besides healthy eating options are a wonderful thing to have. Don't you
agree? Maybe you can't stand to eat that way all the time (it's an easy habit to break), but you sure should eat that way most of the time.
Here goes: |
- Araya's 4732 University Way NE Seattle, WA 206-524-4332

Everybody likes it, even non-vegans - see Seattle Times. See Natural Choice Directory

This site needs a more informative web site. We think they'd almost be better off without any web site.
